alrighty…so I’m typing this on an iPad so don’t mind my spelling errors. But I just wanna let out my feels on the recent news that we have just received from e boys. In case you haven’t heard, the boys are ending the band as Allstar Weekend and are starting a new project. Yes, it will still be them three, but with a whole new type of genre and also, they will no longer be performing Allstar songs in the future. So how I feel…man, I don’t know. I’m reallllly sad. I have no reason to be mad..just sad. Yeah…I’m upset I won’t be hearing Allstar songs live anymore..because they performed them really well live. But I’m happy for their new book. I wouldn’t necessarily say a new chapter, because they went through many chapters together as a band. But IM SOOOOO SAD D; ahhhhh all the feels. It’s just that..I would say Allstar Weekend is one of my favorite bands. And now there ain’t no more. I fell in love with them 4 years ago. I remember the day I found out about them. My dad showed me them on Myx and I fell in love with their music. Then when I became reeeeaaallly into them, I fell in love with their personalities and I wanna say that they became my friends. I’d see them when they would come to town and I would leave late just to say hello and goodbye to them. and just to know the fact that what I first fell in love with is gone, I just don’t know how to react to that. It sucks. I went to their very first headlining tour and now I can’t go to their last since they won’t be coming to my hometown. But this gives me a reason that I should see them in warped tour. At least I get to see them perform as Allstar Weekend as a band for the last time. I feel like I haven’t said everything I wanted to say…I can’t think..so I guess I’ll end it here with thank yous. Thank you to the boys. Everyone who has been apart of it. Nathan and Tom, for starting the band (right? They started it like in high school? Lol) Michael, for always making me laugh and bringing out my inner gangsterness hahah, Cameron, for giving me feels all the dang time, for giving me kisses on the cheek to sharing our geekiest moments, Zachary, for singing your heart out all the time and your cute awkward hellos, dillon, for being my chipotle buddy! I love how you would appreciate me giving you them gift cards all the time no matter how little it was, Brent, for being so polite and sassy! Hahah you always made me laugh. I’m still waiting for that guitar pick! And to stefanie, Gregg, George, Seth, Eric and more! Thank you and you thank you for making me and all the fans appreciate everything you have done to make us have the best times in our lives. It’s sad we won’t be seeing them as Allstar Weekend, but hopefully we will still have the same feelings and experience with the new project. I can’t wait to hear what is in store for us. I wish you the best boys
